28.04.030 Critical areas.

Critical areas, as defined in RCW 36.70A.030(6), and of concern to the City of Pasco include:
(1) Wetlands;
(2) Fish and wildlife habitats;
(3) Aquifer recharge areas;
(4) Flood hazard areas; and
(5) Geologically hazardous areas such as those subject to landslide and steep slope failures, erosion, seismic events, mine collapse, and volcanic hazards. [Ord. 4525 § 1, 2021; Ord. 3911 § 2, 2009; Code 1970 § 28.04.030.]
