Any person preparing for the permitting of an activity that may be regulated by the provisions of this title may request a pre-application meeting with the City prior to the critical area review process. At this meeting, the Department of Community and Economic Development shall discuss the requirements of this title, outline the review process, and work with the activity proponent to identify any potential concerns that might arise during the review process.
