There is established a fund to be called the boulevard perpetual maintenance fund. All moneys collected pursuant to subdivision agreements for the purpose of providing perpetual maintenance of developer-installed landscaping and fencing along designated boulevards shall be deposited in this fund only. All interest that is attributable to money in the fund shall be deposited in and credited to the fund. [Ord. 3728 § 1, 2005; Code 1970 § 3.30.010.]
