All occupancy registrations approved by the Clerk shall be effective for the approved occupancy without requirement for renewal. However, the applicant shall advise the Clerk of any subsequent change in the information supplied by the applicant for the approved occupancy registration and the Clerk shall mail annual notice of this obligation.
