The City Council authorizes in the City those gambling activities now permitted or hereafter authorized under the laws of the State of Washington, including, but not limited to bingo, raffles, punchboards and pull-tabs, social card games, amusement games and fishing derbies, so long as said activities are licensed, conducted, or operated pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington.
