9.65.150 Rendering criminal assistance third degree.

A person is guilty of rendering criminal assistance third degree if he or she renders criminal assistance to a person who has committed a gross misdemeanor or misdemeanor. Rendering criminal assistance in the third degree is a misdemeanor. [Ord. 3490 § 3, 2001; Code 1970 § 9.42.114.]
