13.75.040 Application requirements.
No person shall dump any septage at the wastewater treatment plant until the depositor has established an approved account with the City. Each applicant for an approved account shall file an application with the City’s Finance Department providing sufficient information to establish that:
(1) The applicant firm is licensed with the Benton-Franklin Health District as a septic tank pumper; and
(2) The firm’s business name, address, ownership (identity of corporate officers if a corporation) and the person or persons to contact in the case of an emergency; and
(3) A description of each truck that will be used for hauling and depositing septage at the wastewater treatment plant which description shall include the truck’s license plate number, and the capacity of the truck’s tank in gallons. [Ord. 2722 § 1, 1989; Code 1970 § 13.54.040.]
