(1) Fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas shall include the following:

(2) All areas within the City of Pasco meeting one or more of these criteria are hereby designated as critical areas and are subject to the provisions of this section.

(3) Mapping information sources for identification of fish and wildlife habitat conservation areas include, but are not limited to:

(a) WDFW priority habitat and species maps.

(b) Wetlands mapped under the National Wetland Inventory by the U.S. Department of Interior; USFWS.

(c) WDFW/WDNR, Washington Rivers Inventory System maps.
