In the event it is advisable for the City to arrange for the collection of solid waste from within the City by other than its own forces, it may, in accordance with the law, contract with another person to perform such service. [Ord. 1881 § 2, 1977; Ord. 1537 § 6(b), 1972; Code 1970 § 6.04.070.]
